Warrants

Warrants are entered into our database as they are received from the Court Clerk’s office. There can be a 1-3 day delay from the time the warrant is showing on ODCR.com to when it is received and processed by the Sheriff’s Office.

Only the District Attorney’s office or the Court Clerk’s office can recall warrants. The Sheriff’s Office does not have any authority to recall or place a hold on a warrant. If you have any questions about warrants, please contact the Mayes County Court Clerk’s Office at 918-825-2185.

The Sheriff’s Office does not have any control on whether charges are filed on reports that we submit to the District Attorney’s Office. You may call the D.A. Office at 918-825-2171 to check the status of your case.
