If you have property or evidence being held by the Sheriff’s Office, you must fill out a Property Release Request form which will be submitted for approval. We cannot release evidence/property until it is verified that all charges have been disposed or dismissed and the case is closed.
If you are requesting a firearm be returned, the Sheriff’s Office will run a criminal history to determine that we are not returning a firearm to a convicted felon.
You must call to make an appointment to pick up your property.
